Please try resetting your network settings.
iPhone: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

Can I make calls and send text messages?
Yes, but an additional process is required.
After arriving in Korea, please visit an LG U+ roaming center at the airport and complete identity verification.
Once verified, you can receive calls and text messages.
To make outgoing calls or send text messages, a separate voice/SMS top-up is required.
Can I use hotspot or tethering?
Yes, you can share your data with other devices using hotspot or tethering.
Should I choose an eSIM or a SIM card?
It depends on whether your device supports eSIM.
If your device is eSIM-compatible, choosing an eSIM is the fastest and most convenient option.
A QR code is issued immediately after purchase, and you can scan it anytime to install your plan.
If your device does not support eSIM, please choose a SIM card. Both options provide the same data service.
